About this Certification

This official ICAgile - ICP - ORG Masterclass belongs to the track Operating with Agility on the Business Agility roadmap proposed by ICAgile. Specially designed to provide approaches of support, comprehension and design of adaptive organizations, this Masterclass provides a holistic approach to Organizational Coaching that is conscious and prudent.

 

The traditional pyramid hierarchy existed to solve specific problems in the workplace. With the shift to more agile ways of working, organizations need a structure that will respond and adapt quickly to new challenges and the world around them. We need to find ways to break down divisional walls and increase opportunities for people in different areas to work collaboratively.

This Masterclass is given in two theoretical-practical full days, which includes pre and post work to support your learning journey before, during and after the Masterclass. We will focus on equipping you with new tools, techniques and skills to guide you through acquiring the necessary competencies and tools proper of an Organizational Coach who accompanies adaptive organizational design processes with Agility.

 

The learning outcomes of this Masterclass are entirely geared towards a vision of Agility at the organization level. This certification is consistent with your journey towards becoming an Entreprise Agile Coach or an Agile Organizational Coach.
