​Each Management 3.0 leadership workshop is targeted to one specific group of people: those focused on improving their approach to management. Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop
The in-person Foundation Workshop is our main workshop format. This is where you learn all the basics of Management 3.0.

Our Facilitators offer them all over the world as open workshops or in-house workshops for your company.
Typically the Foundation Workshop lasts at least two days (minimum 16 hours).
​
For attending a Foundation Workshop you’ll receive a Certificate of Attendance which will allow you to become facilitator also (within one year from attending the workshop).
Agility in HR by Management 3.0
The popular Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop with additional content and ICAgile accreditation.
​
In this Agility in HR Workshop by Management 3.0 people who work in or closely with human resources, will learn about the Agile mindset, organizational design, roles, career paths, performance, goals & motivation, promotions, talent acquisition and retention as well as learning and development.
The workshop lasts 16 hours and is available in-person as well as online.
The in-person workshop qualifies you to become a licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator yourself with one year.
Fundamentals Online Workshop
In our Management 3.0 Fundamentals Online Workshop you will learn about the basics of Management 3.0, with a focus on practices that are useful in remote teams.

This is an online workshop format consisting of several sessions, typically lasting 10 hours.
Fundamentals Plus Workshop
The Management 3.0 Fundamentals Plus Workshop is the in-person follow-up of our Fundamentals Online Workshop.
​
It is a one day workshop full of interaction, practical experiences and popular Management 3.0 practices.
If you want to attend the Fundamentals Plus Workshop first you have to attend the Fundamentals Online Workshop.
Energizing People Workshop
Have you already attended the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop or Fundamentals Online Workshop? It is time for the next level! Learn more about how to energize people with the Energizing People Workshop.
