Specially designed to provide approaches of support, comprehension and design of adaptive organizations, this Masterclass provides a holistic approach to Organizational Coaching that is conscious and prudent.

This Masterclass is given in two theoretical-practical full days (6x3-hour sessions), which includes pre and post work to support your learning journey before, during and after the Masterclass. We will focus on equipping you with new tools, techniques and skills to guide you through acquiring the necessary competencies and tools proper of an Organizational Coach who accompanies adaptive organizational design processes with Agility.
The learning outcomes of this Masterclass are entirely geared towards a vision of Agility at the organization level. This certification is consistent with your journey towards becoming an Enterprise Agile Coach or an Agile Organizational Coach.
